Ihla da Tavira is a beautiful island in the Algarve. You can enjoy some lovely days at the beach there. There are restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as a campsite on the island. You may also find accommodation on Tavira Island but you would have to search for that beforehand.

The best thing about the island is the crystal-clear turquoise water. It's really special. If you are going there in the summer, so the main season, do go early because it can get very busy there.
