LAGOA, São Miguel, Açores

A Lagoa é uma cidade situada na costa sul da ilha de São Miguel, Açores. É sede do município com o mesmo nome. O município é limitado a norte pelo município da Ribeira Grande, a leste por Vila Franca do Campo, a oeste por Ponta Delgada e a sul pelo Oceano Atlântico. Lagoa foi elevada a cidade em 22 de Março de 2012 .

The Lagoa is a city located on the south coast of the island of Sao Miguel, Azores. It is the county seat of the same name. The municipality is limited to the northern city of Ribeira Grande, east of Vila Franca do Campo, in the west by Ponta Delgada and the south by the Atlantic Ocean. Lagoa was a city on March 22, 2012.
