A woman has recently gone viral on social media by claiming to be Madeleine McCann, who vanished from her holiday apartment in Portugal's Algarve in 2007. According to the German woman, she "heard it from her grandma" and began to wonder a few months ago if she could be the missing youngster. Her Instagram handle is @iammadeleinemcann, and despite being 21, she believes her age could be incorrect, as Maddie would now be 19 years old if she had survived. However, German police have arrested chief suspect Christian Brueckner, a paedophile, for her killing, and they believe it is unlikely that Maddie is still alive, as her body has never been found.
