Portinho da Arrábida (and all the beaches of the Mountain of Arrábida) is well known for its tranquil Atlantic Ocean blue waters, attracting thousands of visitors each summer.
We'll start our Zen Walk before entering the village, and make our way down to the bay, making some Zen stops along the way, absorbing beautiful landscapes and 3D audio of splashing waves. We will then walk on Portinho da Arrábida beach, in a very relaxing ending.
