RIGHT OF ADMISSION IN A SITUATION OF A COVID PANDEMIC
Dear Pearly Grey guest/s,
Please read this very important information regarding the necessary requirements to be able to stay at our
resort under the current legislation approved by the Government of the Canary Islands.
In accordance with the provisions of Decree Law 17/2020 of October 29, on extraordinary measures in tourism
to face the effects of the health and economic crisis produced by the pandemic caused by COVID-19. The
conditions of access to tourist accommodation establishments in the Canary Islands during the pandemic will
be the following for all tourists over six years of age, according to the following circumstances:
1. Those who DO NOT ORIGINATE from the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands have to
provide proof of the completion of an active infection diagnostic test established by the health authorities
and which certifies that they have NOT tested positive as a COVID-19 transmitter. Accreditation to be
carried out via:
a. Certificate (digital or on paper) stating:
i. the date (maximum 72 hours before your check in) and time of the test.
ii. the identity of the individual subjected to the test.
iii. the laboratory responsible for its verification and its nature.
iv. the negative result.
2. Non-residents of the Canary Islands who have stayed in said territory 15 days prior to the date of access
to the tourist establishment, must prove it by:
a . Travel document stating your identity and date of arrival in the Canary Islands and
b. Responsible Declaration Document, duly signed in which they declare under their own responsibility
that in said period they have not had any symptoms compatible with COVID-19.
3. Residents in the Canary Islands must present:
a. Accreditation of the condition of resident in the Canary Islands
b. Responsible Declaration Document, duly signed in which they declare under their own responsibility
that they have not left the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands in the 15 days
prior to their arrival at the establishment and that also in that period they have not had any symptoms
compatible with COVID -19
In addition, from the moment you arrive in the Canary Islands, you must download the Radar COVID mobile
application (available from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store). This app must remain
activated throughout your stay in the Canary Islands and remain active up to 15 days immediately after
returning to your country of origin.
