Lagoa de Albufeira Sesimbra - Floresta e Praia do MECO 2023

One of the best beaches in Portugal, the Meco Beach - Praia do Meco - is famous for its extensive sandy shores, strong Atlantic sea and for having been one of the first nudist beaches to become widely known in the country. Big waves can be seen many times in the winter. Close by , the Lagoa de Albufeira is a lake in the Sesimbra area.
In this Zen Walk, you’ll enjoy a soothing and relaxing virtual walking tour in the pine forest area around the Lagoa de Albufeira and Praia do Meco beach.
We’ve walked in this location many times (see links below), and this time we did it in a slightly different route, exploring new beautiful areas, where you'll be immersed in forest sounds, birds, footsteps in the forest and many sounds for sleeping and sounds for relaxation.
In this walk, you'll enter a real Zen frequency at Sesimbra Meco, and see what Portugal's famous beaches are all about. I truly recommend you use your headphones for this one, to fully enjoy the 3D Audio and the ASMR sounds of footsteps, wind, sea and birds :) Enjoy!
