RICK AND LORI'S GRAND ADVENTURE - HOW DID WE GET HERE?
We officially began life together on our wedding day on September 9th, 2018. While we had dated for more than a year, most of it was long distance; I, Lori lived in Oregon while Rick lived in Oklahoma. We got married at Castle Junction near Banff, Canada, right along the beautiful Bow River. The explorer’s bug truly has bitten both of us and its venom is still raging through each one of us.
From our very first date traveling become part of who we were becoming together. Dinner in Hood River, Oregon for my birthday and then we hit the slopes of Mt. Hood for Cosmic Tubing. Adventure has become a key ingredient in our relationship.
Since the beginning of our life together we have traveled at least a half a dozen times between Oregon and Oklahoma, we have visited about a dozen US National Parks and are now living in Tavira, Portugal. Moving to Portugal has been a major change to say the least. If you are an expat hoping to move from the US to Portugal, please reach out and we would be happy to get you pointed in the right direction.
