In Mamaia resort you can enjoy in the water park "Aqua Magic", located at the entrance to the resort, a walk with a gondola, with which you can admire from the sea and the resort from the entrance to the Casino, bike rides, lifts with parachute, diving, windsurfing and Yachting School, towing with inflatable bananas, water scooters, recreation with sailing boats type Catamaran and Caravelle, in the 8 leisure bases. Other entertainment possibilities are trampoline, bicycles for one, two, three or even four people, scooters, beach volleyball and beach handball and terraces and discos on the beach.

Inaugurated in 2004, the gondola is a modern cable car that connects the Casino and the Perla Hotel, on a 2.1 km route. The movement is made at a height of 50 m, with a speed of 5 meters per second, the entire route being covered in seven minutes.

Peguera – also known as Paguera – is a beach resort in the municipality of Calvià, Mallorca, and has been dubbed ‘Little Germany’ by many, because of the popularity of the resort with German visitors, who also gather in the nearby towns of Port Andratx and Costa de la Calma.

The resort is about 6km north of Santa Ponsa and near to Camp de Mar, and comprises three fine, sandy beaches: Peguera Romana, Peguera Torà and Peguera Palmira – all offering the typical amenities sought by holidaymakers in search of sun, sea and fun.

Peguera is also an excellent base to explore some of the stunning natural features of south west Mallorca as it has good access to mountain trails and some of Mallorca’s prettiest mountain villages in the Tramuntana range.

The community here is very international; Peguera is noted for its cleanliness and enjoys a compact centre with all the practical amenities, as well as a main strip which mainly caters to tourists. The town also has direct motorway access and is about a 30-minutedrive to the Capital of Palma.

History and Culture of Peguera
The touristic development of Peguera began in the late 1950s, and the housing surrounding the resort has grown since then.

The resort has traditionally been the venue for lively annual German-style beer festivals, attracting visitors from all over the island, but the Oktoberfest at nearby Santa Ponsa is now competing for beer-drinkers. For everyday eating and drinking, there are numerous bars, cafés and restaurants in Peguera to suit all tastes and budgets. There is a particularly good range of German restaurants.

Shopping - Most of the shopping in Peguera is to be found in Avenida Peguera which is not directly on the front line (where there are more restaurants and bars) - but runs parallel to it. Here you will find not only the usual beach-wear and gift shops, but boutiques and leather goods - many residents in the south west go to Peguera for shoe shopping. You will also find a good range of practical shopping such as chemists and supermarkets. Peguera traders aim at the middle price range, so for shoppers in search of more designer experience it is well-worth a visit to the pretty fishing port of Puerto Andratx which is a short taxi or bus ride away.

Major Attractions in Peguera
The major attractions in Peguera are the beaches which are safe, sandy, child-friendly and have excellent facilities. The pretty cove of Cala Fornells offers a quieter experience than the main beaches and is home to the front-line excellent hotel ‘Petit Cala Fornells’.

As you would expect from a beach resort there are watersports on offer and access to excursions around the island.

Things to Do in Peguera
Lazing on the beach is a popular option in Peguera, but if you are feeling a little more sporty or adventurous there are many things to do including tennis.

Peguera is one of the few places in Mallorca where you are likely to see a few optimistic surfers, the town is not a major hub for sailing but you will find fun trips with glass bottom Catamarans and boats for hire. There are also cruises to the nature reserve island of Sa Dragonera.

Peguera is well located for hikers and bikers and is the starting point for the trail to the mountain village of es Capdella. This is an easy trail to walk but there is also plenty more to explore elsewhere for more ambitious hikers and climbers. There is also a main road which goes from Peguera to es Capdella - it is well worth taking time to travel this scenic route, as the natural beauty is outstanding.

If you feel like a change from the mainstream atmosphere of Peguera there are several exclusive beach clubs and resorts nearby. While staying in Peguera, it’s worth exploring the neighbouring Camp de Mar, with its small and popular island café/restaurant reached by a wooden bridge. Camp de Mar is also home to the beautiful but challenging 18-hole Golf de Andratx.

I've been Detecting with Deep Digger Dan during his digging the coast 365, that was fun. I used his XP Deus... Very light. I started out using the Garrett Ace 250 and then added a Nel Tornado coil. After that I started using a Nokta Makro Kruzer and some how managed to find so much more on land I thought had been detected to death. Silver coins, WWII badges and bullets and down the beach I've even found GOLD and Silver Rings. In my latest video I've finally found a Roman Coin and A Saxon Strap End. Vlog number 6 of our Portuguese Adventure!
We finally spent some time in Parque Nacional Peneda-Gerês (National Park), it was absolutely amazing… Words cannot describe how beautiful is this place.
We started our first day going to a viewpoint (Miradouro) that is called Pedra Bela to see the beautiful landscape. There, we had breakfast, sitting at a big rock while enjoying the views and nature…
After breakfast, we took the car and went to see our first waterfall (cascata): Cascata do Arado, we saw that we could get closer to the beautiful waterfall, so we went rock by rock (always safely) ‘till we could sit and enjoy the sun, fly the drone and breath fresh air.
Our next stop was another waterfall named Cascata de Fecha de Barjas or Cascata Tahiti, which was simply great.
We ended our first day in Gerês, going to a place where Maria used to go with her friends just to enjoy the sunset and the views, Bom Jesus das Mós. There, we had Pão de Ló, a traditional Portuguese pastry made of eggs, flour, sugar, homemade by Maria’s mother, delicious, very spongey. It’s been Du’s favorite ;)
On our second day, we went to Brufe, Maria’s mom told us to go and see if we could find some wild animals, especially horses and yes, we found them! The landscapes again were breathtaking! After Brufe, a very calm and beautiful town, we went to Barragem de Vilarinho das Furnas, a 94 m. high dam, very impressive. During the summer, you can go, swim and play near the dam. It’s where the water is the warmest in Gerês!
Next, we went to Mata da Albergaria, one of the most important forests in the whole National Park, to see the beautiful autumn leaves… The colorfulness was just brilliant, red, yellow, and green leaves…all together were beautiful. After that, we went to another waterfall, Cascata Leonte. We hiked a little bit, then we changed our path and arrived at Cascata Leonte, full of water, more than when Maria got there last year. Pretty spectacular! After that, we went home to have lunch and grab some chestnuts for the family!

We’re Maria and Du, we met shooting a commercial in Lisbon (Maria’s city) in 2018.
We started a distance relationship flying twice a month (Lisbon - Barcelona) and after a few months of that, we finally moved in together in Barcelona, where Du was born and raised (his parents are from South Korea).
We started our Youtube channel because we love traveling, we always enjoy our trips and we wanted to keep our memories through nice videos, now we can share them with you.
Our final goal would be traveling full-time and someday, helping people around the world doing something nice.

It’s a sunny and warm (like endless summer?) walk at Platja del Bogatell, a popular beach in Barcelona, between Platja del Nova Icària and Platja de Mar Bella.

My friend Bing and I had a great time walking along the beaches of Barcelona on 8 November 2020, around 15:00 in the afternoon, 20 degrees Celcius (Autumn), watching people playing beach volleyball and some water sports. I think that a lot of people in Barcelona City went to the beaches and parks considering that at weekends we still couldn't go to other municipalities/cities, unless very necessary/justified reasons, to slow the spread of Covid19. We also met ate Melona with her friends along the way.
